When the physicians, therapists and nurses determine that you are approaching your discharge goals, a representative will come and see you to coordinate any necessary home services, equipment, transportation, etc. A minimum of 48 hours is preferred in order to facilitate a smooth and safe discharge. Discharges are highly recommended Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
